Dymak HQ is the new headquarters for the Danish global supply chain company Dymak.
The aim for the design of the circular building was to create a architectural symbol that expresses the company's values of transparency, innovation and sustainability.

The undulating roof defines the shape of the building and gives it a dynamic feel, almost as if it is in constant motion. In combination with the use of glass and open floor plans the building is percieved as light and transparent where the green inner courtyard act as the heart of the 2 800 m² large building.

The project had a big focus on energy efficiency and environmentally friendly materials. The building is designed to create an environment with minimal energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions and meets the requirements for DGNB Gold and Heart Certification.

Dymak HQ in Odense has been awarded honorable mention in the the Business category by the judging committee in the building of the year award 2025, read more on their webpage aaretsbyggeri.dk

Scope of work

Design and installation of the LS3000 Timber facades.
The outer facade is covered with openable expanded metal sunshades that are adapted to the sun in terms of both daylight and heat radiation.
The sunshades are recessed into the facade's unusually deep cover caps, the verticals are 200mm deep, which is intended to refer to the appearance of a traditional Danish half-timbered house.

The facade's copper-colored anodizing brings the building to life and makes it both stand out and blend in.
